Hello and welcome back to the Circular videos. My name is Monique, and in this video, I’ll guide you through how to view your active accounts.

Accessing Active Accounts

1. Log In and Navigate to the Accounts Section
– First, log into your portal.
– On the left-hand side of your screen, click on the “Accounts” button.
– Select “Active Accounts” from the list.

2. Understanding Active Accounts
– Active accounts are those that are currently valid and within their expiry date.
– Once an account passes its expiry date, it will no longer be active and will move into the “Closed Accounts” section.

3. Viewing Account Details
– In the “Active Accounts” section, you will see a list of all currently active accounts in your community.
– The details available include:
– Account Title: You can toggle this column to sort alphabetically or non-alphabetically.
– Amount Collected: This shows the amount collected so far. For example, it may show 0 if no payments have been received yet.
– Recipient Group: Indicates who the account was sent to.
– PDF Attachment: If a PDF was attached to the account, you can click on the icon to view the attached PDF.
– You can also delete an account, which removes it immediately from the portal and application, along with all related data.

4. Managing Accounts
– If you want to remove an account without losing its data, do not delete it. Instead, use the “Close Account” option.
– To close an account ahead of its expiry date:
– Click on the eye icon to view all details about the account.
– Select “Close Account” to move it to the “Closed Accounts” section while retaining all data.

5. Detailed Account Information
– Clicking on the eye icon allows you to view comprehensive details about the account, such as:
– The name and contact details of the person.
– The date of payment.
– The amount paid.
– Total amount collected and more.

We hope this guide is super helpful. If you have any questions, please drop a comment in the section below. We are happy to help, and I will see you in the next few videos.
